It has been really quiet here!

What has everyone been up to?  How are things shaping up (and down) for everyone?  Things here have been really busy for me.  I have been working on learning to eat healthy and eating the correct serving sizes and working my hiney off.  I try to hit they gym 4 times during the week and get in at least really one good walk on the weekends.  My trainer says that every 200 (a little more than 4 hours) minutes of cardio equals a pound lost (of course the more intense, the more weight loss).  I have been doing well on keeping my motivation high after a tough few weeks of hardly losing any weight.  Well if you really don't try, the weight does not come off, so I found out...lol.  I gave up potato chips cold turkey back in June I believe.  I have had a single serving size of baked Lays only one time since then.  That is pretty remarkable for me as for almost the past 30 years, I ate potato chips almost every day as a mainstay to my diet.  I am so ashamed to say that, but it is true.  I no longer crave them, and even tested myself with a regular lays and it was way too oily and salty for me!  When I think of how many bags upon bags of chips I ate over the years, I am so disgusted with myself.  Well, there is no changing the past, just moving forward with lessons learned and desire to do better.
I am going to end this with a small pat on the back and say that all the changes I have been making have had some great results.  I have lost 60+ pounds since June/July and my goal is to be at 80+ pounds gone by New Years.
